Flex Plus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. We're currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a temporary or temp-to-permanent position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team, with the potential to transition to a long-term role.
Responsibilities:- Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Valid PTA license in Massachusetts
- Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
- Competitive hourly pay: $30–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)

Compensation & Benefits:
