Optum's LHC Group is seeking a Senior Living Physical Therapist in Framingham, MA to provide age-appropriate services from adult to geriatric patients, including assessment, treatment, supervision of support staff, and home program development. You will participate in PI programs and team conferences, documenting care per facility standards.
Requires current MA PT licensure, a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
