Schedule: 6‑8 Hour shifts Monday to Friday or any day near Watertown, Newton, Cambridge, Somerville MA areas: 8 am‑2 pm, 8 am‑1 pm, 9 am‑3 pm, 9 am‑5 pm (Urgent need)
Requires personal care, meal prep, and light clean‑up experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADL: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Current HHA certification or CNA license and at least 1 year of experience in home care.
- Active driving license, active CPR certification, and TB test results.
- Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
