Master's Level Clinician, LMHC

• Provide telehealth sessions and compassionate, evidence-based care
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Help clients achieve measurable progress
• Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
• Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
• Travel in person to meet the assigned Supervisor for the initial supervision session
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Participate in clinical supervision, live clinical support, and monthly case consultations
• Collaborate within an online and in-person clinical community

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts
• Must be willing to travel to meet assigned Supervisor in person for the initial supervision session
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children
• Experience with telehealth and EHR tools
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
• Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future

Demonstrates expertise in providing telehealth sessions and evidence-based care, with a focus on treating diverse clients, including couples and children. Proficient in conducting intakes and diagnosing using the DSM-5 under supervision, while maintaining a full caseload and collaborating within a clinical community.
