Behavioral Health Support Representative

Join our team to providing critical mental health support through a nationwide initiative. As a Behavioral Health Support Representative, you will offer compassionate, immediate assistance to individuals experiencing emotional crises, including suicidal ideation. This role allows you to make a life-saving impact while helping to alleviate pressure on emergency services. The position offers an estimated pay of $22 per hour and is based onsite in Framingham, MA.

• Respond to crisis calls with compassion and professionalism
• Exercise sound judgment in high-stress situations
• Document interactions accurately and follow protocols for support and referral

• High School diploma or GED is required

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
• Exceptional empathy and communication skills
• Ability to work under high stress and exercise sound judgment
