• Active and valid MA license/certification in physical therapy
• School-based physical therapy experience is required
• Prior work supporting preschool and elementary school students preferred
• Must be credentialed; credentialed candidates are prioritized
• Ability to complete background screening, CORI check, and fingerprinting
• Commitment to working onsite in a dynamic school environment

• Deliver individualized physical therapy to preschool and elementary students based on IEPs and developmental needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student growth and inclusivity
• Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional guidance and support to the school community
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies on student safety and documentation
