Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases
Location: Southeast Massachusetts
Schedule: Part-time, primarily afternoon/evening
Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for afternoon and evening cases in Southeast Massachusetts.
Areas currently hiring include:
- Fall River: 02724
- South Yarmouth: 02664
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
- Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
- Implement activities and interventions as directed
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
- Complete required session documentation
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Reliable and consistent
- Patient, compassionate, and energetic
- Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
- Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
- ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
