Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center | North Andover, MA $45–$48/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center. You'll work with residents after illness, injury, or a hospital stay to help them rebuild the skills needed for everyday routines.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents' ability to manage self-care and other daily activities
- Set functional goals and provide individualized occupational therapy
- Address upper body strength, coordination, and safe use of adaptive equipment
- Update treatment plans as residents' needs and abilities change
- Document care and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
