Receive assignments and shift checklists from MOD and prioritize items;
Respond promptly to guest and department requests;
Clean and maintain public areas and back-of-house areas, including deep cleaning tasks;
Manage cleaning cart supplies inventory and transport supplies to assigned areas;
Set up and clean function/meeting rooms according to function sheets and move/add furniture as needed
