Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist - Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide operational support for high-volume hourly hiring. Our team ensures candidates receive an outstanding experience while facilitating efficient hiring processes across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:- Deliver an exemplary employment brand experience to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews, and manage offer letters and background checks for multiple locations.
- Act as a liaison among recruiters, HR business partners, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records, preparing candidates for orientation and managing candidate pipelines in peak periods.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
