We are partnering with a leading organization seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract with potential for extension. This role requires a strategic, consultative recruiter with strong executive presence who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The position follows a hybrid model with required in-office presence on Tuesdays.
Interview ProcessThree interview rounds with three separate individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Influence, advise, and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and Recruiting leaders as a strategic talent advisor
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle activities across assigned business areas
- Support Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and integrate them into recruiting strategies
- Develop actionable staffing plans aligned to hiring forecasts and business objectives
- Represent the organization as an Employer of Choice by promoting culture and core values in the marketplace
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop proactive communication plans to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of full recruitment lifecycle experience within an in-house corporate environment
- Strong “hunter” mentality with proven ability to source and attract top talent through innovative strategies
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends and ability to translate insights into measurable recruitment plans
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic business partner
- Strong accountability with consistent follow-through and results-driven execution
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage and influence leadership at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple searches and projects while adapting to shifting priorities
- Experience recruiting at the Executive level
- Experience working with Workday
