Recruiter - Senior

6+ month contract, Hybrid, Tuesdays onsite

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years Full Recruitment Lifecycle experience in an in-house corporate environment
  • Must have “hunter” mentality related to finding talent, and testing innovative ways to build talent pipelines
  • Possess demonstrable knowledge of market trends and the ability to translate them into measurable recruitment plans
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and be a trusted business partner
  • Shows accountability by follow up and follow through, high drive for results and proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrates creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience communicating with all levels of leadership; exhibits recognizable, confident executive presence and managerial courage
  • Ability to lead multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
Preferred

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Corporate Recruiter with a "hunter" mentality to drive full-lifecycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced, in-house environment. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, leveraging 8+ years of experience and deep market insights to build robust talent pipelines and meet complex hiring needs. You will be responsible for influencing leadership at all levels, championing Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reinforces our position as an "Employer of Choice." The ideal candidate combines creative problem-solving with a proactive, results-oriented approach, demonstrating the executive presence necessary to manage high-level searches and adapt to evolving business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Influence, advise, collaborate and be an inspiring leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiting leaders and peers
  • Handle full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
  • Support Client Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, use internal and external resources to meet plans
  • Represent Client as an "Employer of Choice" in the external market by advocating for Client culture and core values and implementing strategies
  • Develop sourcing strategies for both current and forecasted needs; test new or innovative ways to build robust talent pipelines
  • Deliver outstanding hiring experience to all partners including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
  • Develop communication plans and activities proactively
