Overview

The Provider Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to attract and ultimately hire top provider talent for Health Drive. This person works in partnership with recruitment, onboarding, operations and practice leadership teams, hiring managers, and subject matter experts to hire providers to work at specified client locations. Core duties involve sourcing (including cold and warm calls), prequalifying, developing pipelines, and fostering relationships with providers in assigned markets.

The specialist develops a thorough understanding of the marketplace, establishes strong networks, and implements innovative sourcing techniques while following Health Drive’s full‑cycle recruitment process. They are responsible for process management and efficiencies, reporting recruitment metrics, and meeting individual performance goals and weekly KPIs.

Health Drive delivers on‑site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, audiology, behavioral health, and primary care services to residents in long‑term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities. Each specialty directly impacts the quality of daily life for the residents served.

Responsibilities Recruitment
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to find viable prospects and fill positions.
  • Accomplish recruitment objectives, goals, deliverables, and metrics within timelines.
  • Develop position job descriptions and postings together with recruiting materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Conduct provider searches from initial screening through final negotiations.
  • Utilize databases, social media, job boards, referrals, and other resources for sourcing.
  • Execute cold and warm calls to produce hires and secure provider referrals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for provider candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to implement staffing processes.
  • Contribute to Health Drive’s Provider Database by uploading provider information and documenting communications.
  • Work with recruitment leadership to design sustainable, scalable staffing processes.
Process Management/Improvement
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with established processes and guidelines.
  • Partner with recruitment leadership to execute project plans for new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create and manage resource strategies.
Reporting
  • Provide recruitment metrics reporting as necessary.
  • Develop new and ongoing recruitment reporting tools.
Qualifications Skills

Must have demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment skills, confidence, experience, and the ability to recruit, negotiate, manage conflict, communicate effectively, actively listen, and make strong decisions.

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
