Overview

The Provider Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to attract and ultimately hire top provider talent for Health Drive. This person will work in partnership with all recruitment and onboarding team members, the operations and practice leadership teams, hiring managers, and other subject matter experts to hire providers to go to work for the company at specified client locations.

Core duties will revolve around sourcing (including cold and warm calls), prequalifying, developing fruitful pipelines, and fostering relationships with providers in assigned markets. The Provider Recruitment Specialist will develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace, establish strong networks, and implement innovative sourcing techniques while following Health Drive’s full-cycle recruitment process. The Provider Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for process management and efficiencies, as well as for reporting recruitment metrics and meeting individual performance goals and weekly KPIs.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies and techniques to find viable prospects with the objective of filling positions.
  • Accomplishes established recruitment objectives, goals, deliverables, and metrics within timelines.
  • Develops position job descriptions & postings along with relevant recruiting materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Conducts provider searches from recruitment, to initial screening interviews through final negotiations with providers.
  • Utilizes sourcing strategies from researching databases (internal & external), social & social media networking, web-based platforms, job posting results, referrals, and other resources.
  • Execute cold and warm calls with the ultimate goal of producing hires & securing provider referrals when discussing Health Drive career opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for provider candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with and establish on-going strategic relationships with hiring managers, members of the Operations Team, Practice Directors and Directors of Clinical Operations, to effectively implement staffing processes.
  • Contributes to Health Drive’s Provider Database by way of uploading provider information and documenting all communications with providers.
  • Works with recruitment leadership to design and implement staffing processes that are sustainable, scalable and support the needs of the business.

Process Management/Improvement:

  • Ensures ongoing compliance with established processes and guidelines.
  • Works in partnership with recruitment leadership to execute project plans for new processes and systems.
  • Collaborates with vendors to create and manage resource strategies and ensure maximum benefit and return.

Reporting:

  • Provides recruitment metrics reporting as necessary.
  • Develops new and ongoing recruitment reporting tools as required.
Qualifications

Skills:

Must have demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment skills. He/she must possess confidence, experience, and skills to support organizational activities. This individual must have the ability to recruit, negotiate, and manage conflict, be a good communicator, active listener and possess strong decision making skills.

Education:

To qualify for this role, the individual must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
