Human Resources Director

Strategic and hands‑on HR leader responsible for all human resources functions for a growing medical device manufacturer (~160 employees). Partners with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance while leading a small HR team across multiple locations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and FDA/GMP/ISO requirements
• Direct recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning
• Manage HR policies, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Foster a positive, high-performance, employee-focused culture

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
