As a Senior Digital Experience Analyst, you will own the deep understanding of how customers interact with the brand’s digital ecosystem across sessions, touchpoints, and journeys. Your insights will directly influence:
- UX, design, and content strategy
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Roadmap decisions across Product, Marketing, and Digital
- How a global organisation thinks about consumer behaviour
You will dig into GA4 + Big Query
, analyse user flows, extract large datasets, pair quantitative analytics with qualitative research, and use tools like heat‑mapping / session replay to get to the truth of what customers are doing—and why.
This is not a reporting role. This is a strategic insight & ownership role… with real influence and visibility.
Who we’re looking forYou’ll thrive here if you have:
- 5+ years in digital analytics (D2C / eCommerce essential)
- Expert‑level GA4 + Big Query (beyond reporting — understanding attribution, modelling, raw event‑level work)
- SQL capability to extract/shape data
- Experience with heat‑mapping / session replay platforms (e.g., Contentsquare, Full Story, Hotjar)
- A strong grasp of UX behaviour, funnel analytics, and consumer journey mapping
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence design, UX, product and marketing teams
- Clear communication + executive presence
- You’ll be joining during a major DTC platform transformation
