Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, particularly in eCommerce or digital products.
  • Competence in managing the complete lifecycle of digital products from initial conception through development, launch, and subsequent iterations.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on nurturing team growth and development.
  • Expertise in on-site search optimization and algorithmic improvements that enhance conversion and revenue.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver balanced search experiences tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to establish a product vision that aligns with our overarching business and digital strategies.
  • Be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, including user stories, bugs, and tasks according to business objectives and customer value.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team experimentation with new strategies to address customer challenges.
