Ecommerce Analyst
At Bose Corporation, the Ecommerce Analyst will drive the analytics and insight to deliver on our aggressive Ecommerce growth plan. The role is part of the Digital Analytics team within Global Marketing Advanced Analytics and focuses on the impact of growth levers around merchandising and marketing channel mix.
Key Responsibilities- Explain, prove, and provide insight into e‑commerce revenue driving levers such as promotional impact, product variants, or traffic/channel adjustments.
- Maintain a consistent understanding of marketing channel performance mix and identify anomalies to provide actionable insights.
- Drive e‑commerce growth through measurement, testing, and recommendation surfacing.
- Build data‑driven business cases to prioritize eCommerce investments and innovations.
- Work cross‑functionally to influence change and increase the velocity of data‑driven decision making.
- Act as a data storyteller connecting research to meaningful insights that drive actions.
- Collaborate with the e‑commerce demand planning team to improve forecasting.
- 5‑7+ years of website analytics, digital marketing analytics, or relevant consulting experience.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA and GA4).
- Track record of impacting change through analytics and presenting complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and customer lifecycle measurement.
- Demonstrated equity in influencing decision making without authority.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power
BI, Tableau) and SQL. - Excellent communication skills to convey large complex analytical ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Hiring range for the primary work location (Framingham, Massachusetts): $115,400—$158,600. Additional benefits include bonus programs, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, and a generous employee discount.
