Job Title: Product Development Trainer - Junior

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)

We are seeking a motivated professional to support training initiatives within global product development and its partners, with a focus on both new and existing software systems and processes. Our team is committed to the effective adoption of tools and workflows that drive continuous improvement and collaborative success.

• Assist in designing, developing, and facilitating training materials for product development tools, systems, and workflows.
• Conduct user training sessions, both live in-person and virtually, for new and existing team members.
• Provide technical support and resolve process or training-related issues within supported applications.
• Conduct needs assessments to track training effectiveness and identify skill gaps for future curriculum adjustments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development, Business, Retail Management, Fashion Design, or Merchandising.
• Proven experience in developing and facilitating engaging training content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, SharePoint, & Forms.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
