Job Description
The Ecommerce Analyst will drive the analytics and insight to deliver on our aggressive Ecommerce growth plan. The role will be part of the Digital Analytics team within Global Marketing Advanced Analytics and will focus on the impact of growth levers around merchandising and marketing channel mix.
The selected candidate should have an advanced understanding of the drivers of Ecommerce business, especially experienced in measuring and optimizing merchandising tactics (such as product variants, product bundling, etc.), customized offers (such as product promotions, free expedited shipping, etc.) and traffic channel mix to continually improve site performance. The candidate should be able to arrive at these data driven insights through use of 1P and 3P data and tools.

Key Responsibilities- Be an expert at explaining, proving, and providing insight into ecomm revenue driving levers. Whether that is promotional impact, product variants, or traffic/channel adjustments.
- Consistent understanding of marketing channel performance mix, with the ability to identify anomalies and provide insights to internal teams to make necessary change.
- Become a driver of ecomm growth through measurement, testing, and recommendation surfacing.
- Build data‑driven business cases to prioritize eCommerce investments and innovations.
- Leverage agentic tooling in daily workflow.
- Work cross‑functionally to impact change. Build credibility through thoroughness of analysis. Influence standard work processes (from merchandising to growth levers optimization) to increase the velocity and frequency of data‑driven decision making.
- Be the key data storyteller that connects research to meaningful insights that drive actions.
- Work alongside the ecommerce demand planning team, providing inputs to help improve forecasting.
- 5‑7+ years of website analytics, digital marketing analytics, or relevant consulting experience.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (ideally with initial GA4 experience).
- Track record of impacting change through analytics. Ability to articulate and present complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and customer lifecycle measurement.
- Demonstrate EQ to influence decision making without necessary authority.
- Working knowledge of data visualization techniques (e.g., Power
BI, Tableau), working SQL knowledge and expert ability at leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights. - Ability to clearly communicate large complex analytical ideas to business stakeholders of all levels.
Compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range in Framingham, Massachusetts is $115,400‑$158,600.
