- 7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems and 24/7 support environments.
- Solid understanding and hands on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and Dev Ops practices.
- Extensive experience supporting large scale eCommerce platforms with high availability and high transaction volumes.
- Strong experience in incident management, L1/L2 production support, root cause analysis (RCA), and complex production troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including New Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring) and Splunk; experience with additional monitoring tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Angular applications from an operational, monitoring, and troubleshooting perspective.
- Experience with CouchDB / Couchbase or other No
SQL databases. - Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and application runtime diagnostics.
- Strong expertise in programming languages and scripting, with hands on experience supporting automation, operational tooling, and backend troubleshooting.
