Required experience:

• 5-8 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of People Soft HR.
• Experience in working as People Soft Admin in People Soft 9.2 implementation with tools version 8.5.3.
• Strong knowledge of People Soft System Administration Tools like Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Designer etc.
• Understanding of People Soft configuration management, security administration.
• Hands on experience in Managing People Soft 9.2 instances and understanding of PIA.
• Hands on experience in Building People Soft 9.2 environments.
• Hands on experience in Patching, Cloning, Backup, restoration and People Soft system administrator activities.
• Experience in setting up DR and testing DR.
• Experience in architecting People Soft environments.
• Experience of working in People Soft upgrade projects.
• Experience in performance tuning of People Soft 9.2 instances.
• Experience in supporting various project activities like CRPs, SIT, UAT etc.
• The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs.
• It will be advantageous if the associate has experience with Weblogic.
