We are seeking a motivated
Jr. Data Analyst
to join a Consumer Insights & Analytics team supporting North American retail brands. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, creating reports and dashboards, and transforming data into meaningful business insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

• Support consumer insights and analytics initiatives across the business.
• Produce and maintain recurring reports using multiple internal and external data sources.
• Assist with quarterly reporting activities, including data extraction, validation, and quality checks.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate workflows.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Create clear, compelling visualizations to communicate business insights.
• Consolidate and analyze consumer and business data to support decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports and analytical deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
• * Candidates with more than 3–3.5 years of experience are not eligible.*
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in retail, consumer insights, market research, or business analytics.
• Familiarity with dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and automated reporting.

Pay Rate:
$30–$35/hour (W-2)

Final rate will be based on skills, experience, and interview outcome.
