About the roleJoin a dynamic IT organization leading strategic initiatives focused on AI, automation, and service management transformation. This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects that enhance IT Operations and Service Desk efficiency while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead IT Operations and Service Desk AI, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities.
- Coordinate project deliverables, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Maintain project documentation, governance processes, status reporting, and delivery artifacts.
- Drive project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- 8+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
- PMP or comparable Project Management certification preferred.
- Strong experience with SAFe Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience leading AI, automation, digital workplace, or IT service management initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered Service Desk, Conversational AI, or Co-resolution platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Estimated hourly range: $70–$75/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
