We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle (Rev Cycle) Analyst / HIM Project Analyst with strong expertise in 3M Coding and Health Information Management. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications and bring a minimum of five years of experience, including participation in at least two full lifecycle implementations.
The successful candidate must be able to contribute immediately, working effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision, while consistently meeting project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with at least two end-to-end system implementations
- Ability to work with little to no direction in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as required by the project schedule (estimated at 25%).
