As a Benchmark housekeeper, your main role will be to maintain a community that is safe and clean for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include laundering towels, bed linens, resident laundry, and maintaining resident apartments.

• Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments as scheduled, including bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs), wiping countertops and mirrors, sterilizing floors.
• Wipe kitchen counters, mop kitchen floors, vacuum all exposed areas, and empty wastebaskets.
• Wash inside windows as needed.
• Clean common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units.
• Maintain a clean laundry room and store chemicals properly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste.
