Position: Bose Utility Maintenance Technician

Description: This position is for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and service of all facets of general mechanical operations across multiple sites.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, while also following directions as needed.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with general mechanical work in a corporate setting, including painting, wall repair, carpentry, door and lock repairs, carpet and tile repairs, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
• Ability to work safely with power tools.
• Support employee moves and related activities.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and written correspondence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work from ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors for snow removal.

Additional Notes: Flexibility to work outside of regular hours for scheduled or unscheduled mechanical support is required.
