Cox Fleet is offering a paid educational pathway through the Flee Tec Academy to become a Mobile Trailer Mechanic. Trainees will receive 5 weeks of classroom training with all travel expenses paid and a subsequent hands-on program with a full-time position in their market.
Pay starts at $16/hour with a weekly $250 stipend, increasing after the first weeks, and a clear pathway to a $21+/hour rate upon graduation, plus ongoing raises. Remote eligibility permitted for residents in specified regions.
