Operations Manager
Location:
Hybrid role, based in Framingham, MA (flexibility required during peak seasons, including snow events)
CAM Partners LLC is seeking a Subcontractor / Vendor Manager to support subcontractor coordination and work order management in a fast‑growing facility maintenance company. This role serves as a key point of contact for vendors and leadership is ideal for someone who is organized, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented.
Pay Range: $65k – $80k per year, based on experience
What You’ll Do- Subcontractor Onboarding & Management
- Work with Subcontractors to collect required information including Certificates of Insurance, banking information, and key contact information
- Issue contracts and amendments for vendors
- Work with clients to understand their CMMS and required apps
- Train subcontractors on system compliance and requirements
- Work Order Management
- Manage fast paced flow of incoming work requests from clients through multiple CMMS systems
- Create and dispatch planned and recurring work orders through Corrigo CMMS system
- Run reports and follow up with subcontractors regularly
- Train and support subcontractors on system use
- Client Relationship Management
- Interact with clients on compliance matters
- Follow up with client sites to gather work request information

- Experience using Corrigo or other CMMS platforms preferred, but not required
- High level of comfort with apps and technology
- Account management or training experience preferred, but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of requests from multiple sources
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness to time‑sensitive needs
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
