Compensation Range: $60 - 69 per hour
Our client is looking for a high-impact, strategic, and hands‑on contractor to step in during an exciting transitional period. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, overseeing key marketing functions across our Retail, Website, and Purpose initiatives.

Job Type: Contract
- Lead the charge on upcoming fiscal year planning and execution across physical retail, digital platforms, and purpose-driven marketing.
- Project Leadership:
Own the end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects, including:- Refreshing Retail Store Design to enhance the customer experience.
- Overseeing a comprehensive Website Redesign.
- Updating and scaling our Purpose Program initiatives.
- Executive Support:
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for the AVP, acting as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders in Store Operations and Planning.
Collaboration:
- People Management:
Lead and mentor a team, guiding their work on high-volume email campaigns and Grand Opening activations. - Cross-Functional Synergy:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Merchants, Store Operations, and Internal Creative teams to ensure brand alignment and operational excellence.
- Experience:
7+ years in Marketing, Brand Management, or Retail Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management capacity. - Retail Fluency:
Proven track‑record in omnichannel retail; you understand the unique relationship between physical storefronts and digital platforms. - Project Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, specifically website redesigns or retail store design updates/rollouts. - Strategic Execution:
Ability to take high-level business goals and translate them into a concrete roadmap for a team to execute.
