Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

We are the fastest growing automotive dealer group in New England. Our new location needs a Parts Manager to oversee department operations, sales, inventory, team management, and customer satisfaction.

• Department Operations:
  Sets goals and objectives for the department and strives to consistently meet them; establishes and administers an annual operating budget; oversees sales, expenses and inventory to maintain profitability goals.
• Sales:
  Directs outside parts, wholesale and counter sales efforts; develops department sales promotions and advertising.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintains a balanced inventory across Service, Body Shop, Wholesale and individual customers; manages parts inventory turnover and minimizes parts obsolescence.
• Team Management:
  Hires, trains, coaches and motivates all Parts Department team members.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Promotes a high-quality level of service to all customers – both internal and external – & ensures maximum customer satisfaction.
• Reporting:
  Monitors daily reports such as DOE, DOC and sales productivity.

• 3 years of experience managing all day-to-day aspects of an automotive parts department.
• Goal oriented, self‑motivated, well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Manages daily interactions with all dealership departments.
• Able to build & maintain strong working relationships with department managers and colleagues.
• Experience with CDK and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) a plus.
