Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base plus annual bonus potential.

• Lead all daily operations of a high‑performing dental implant center generating $10M+ in annual revenue
• Oversee 10–20 team members across clinical and administrative functions, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Partner strategically with the Lead Prosthodontist to align exceptional clinical care with strong business performance
• Manage full P&L responsibility—including budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization—to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Implement best practices for scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Leverage data‑driven insights to monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, productivity, and revenue growth
• Drive business development through marketing, community engagement, and referral partnerships to grow patient acquisition and retention
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards for quality, ethics, and safety
• Champion a positive, high‑performance culture, providing coaching, training, and career development for all team members
• Represent Clear Choice in local business and healthcare communities, strengthening brand reputation and community impact

• 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative, service‑driven environment
• Direct management of 8–25 person multi‑disciplinary teams
• Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Comfort operating in a dual‑function environment (clinical delivery + business performance)
• Experience managing or participating in a high‑ticket consultative sales process preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
