Global Brand Lead, Oncology

• Lead the development and implementation of the global strategy for a new pipeline asset in GI and Lung cancers and potential future indications
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Program Management and global asset teams to lead life cycle strategy
• Ensure the pipeline asset is launch ready for all GI and Lung indications and combinations
• Represent the global commercial perspective in life cycle management and R&D clinical development programs at the GPT
• Identify development opportunities, conduct commercial assessments, and support business cases for potential development investments
• Develop the asset ambition, overall value proposition, required resources, brand plan, and strategy using insights from Top 10 markets and external stakeholders
• Identify and communicate market drivers, barriers, and best practices
• Execute the defined strategy across countries and set ambitious targets with country teams
• Build internal and external awareness and impact
• Contribute to the global key opinion leader strategy and strategic presence at global oncology congresses
• Attract and recruit talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity, and manage performance
• Develop and support team members’ success

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business is required
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in commercial leadership positions globally and locally in sales, marketing, market access is required
• Strong Oncology expertise (solid tumor, GI or Lung), US experience and several previous launches in Oncology are a must
• Strong strategic thinking skills and curiosity are required
• Strong collaboration, conceptual and innovation skills required
• Previous experience in collaborating cross-functional groups, made up of Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, Forecasting, etc.
• Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment
• Strong project management expertise
• Readiness to travel (up to 40% of time domestic and international)
• Strong communication, strategic execution, collaboration, relationship-building, influencing, change management, political navigation, conflict management, and cultural transformation capabilities

Demonstrates strong Oncology expertise with a focus on GI and Lung cancers, complemented by extensive experience in commercial leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to develop and implement global strategies, manage life cycle processes, and lead teams effectively in a matrix environment.
