Own system‑level technical decisions, trade‑offs, and integration strategies. Ensure alignment between product vision, user needs, and technical execution.
  • User Needs & Requirements Development – Partner with Product Management and Research to elicit and refine user and business needs. Translate user needs into clear, testable, and traceable system requirements. Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability from concept through validation.
  • System Architecture & Design – Lead development of system architecture, defining key interfaces, dependencies, and integration points. Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. Drive cross‑functional technical reviews and architecture alignment.
  • Integration & Quality Assurance – Collaborate closely with software, hardware (if applicable), and platform teams to ensure cohesive system integration. Partner with Systems Test teams to define verification and validation strategies. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high‑quality system delivery. Own technical risk identification and mitigation planning across the lifecycle.
  • Lifecycle Leadership – Guide programs from concept definition through development, integration, validation, and final system release. Support roadmap planning with technical feasibility input and long‑range capability planning. Anticipate future platform and experience needs to inform architectural direction.
Qualifications
