Seeking a hands-on technician who enjoys building, testing, and troubleshooting cutting-edge technology? We are seeking a Test Technician to support the assembly and testing of advanced aerospace systems used in next-generation aerospace and space applications.

This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity to join an innovative manufacturing team where your technical skills will directly contribute to groundbreaking aerospace technology.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot precision aerospace components and propulsion hardware.
  • Perform vacuum testing, leak testing, hot fire testing, environmental testing.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data to verify product performance and quality.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions.
  • Support prototype builds, production testing, validation activities, and continuous process improvements.
  • Perform mechanical assembly, modifications, repairs, and rework as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, testing, aerospace, or another technical environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Experience with precision assemblies, fluid systems, instrumentation, electromechanical equipment, or testing environments is a plus.
