Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Head Brewer to lead its brewing team on two 60
BBL brewhouses. You will manage brewhouse operations, schedules, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while representing the brewery at events.
Reporting to the Director of Production, you will partner with operations to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency, scale pilot projects, and drive performance-based improvements across the facility.
