Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join its marketing team for a 2 month+ assignment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional with experience managing creative projects in a fashion, retail, or agency environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting, keeps complex initiatives on track, and partners effectively across creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and assets.
Compensation: $30-33/h
rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Responsibilities- Lead the execution of creative projects supporting brand, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and wholesale marketing initiatives.
- Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to align product selections with creative and marketing strategies.
- Serve as a key resource on product launches, seasonal deliveries, and marketing imagery.
- Maintain marketing calendars to ensure campaigns and creative deliverables stay on schedule.
- Establish project priorities and communicate timelines to creative partners.
- Facilitate the creative briefing process for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are clearly defined and ready for execution.
- Review, manage, and quality-check project briefs while coordinating follow-up with stakeholders as needed.
- Capture and distribute detailed meeting notes from creative, product, and marketing reviews.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, including seasonal imagery and Figma boards.
- Coordinate eCommerce platform requests, upload seasonal imagery, and support related marketing materials.
- Manage banner advertising requests and oversee trafficking of creative assets.
- Collaborate with retouching resources to ensure imagery meets quality standards for digital marketing.
- Coordinate retail signage production through approved print vendors.
- Verify product selections and imagery for marketing communications and creative projects.
- Schedule and manage recurring marketing, product, and creative meetings.
- Develop and maintain strategic content calendars for email and web marketing.
- Support the preparation of seasonal marketing presentations and assist with additional marketing initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in creative project management within the fashion or retail industry or a creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe InDesign, and strong technological aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
