Position: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Framingham, Massachusetts Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $32 - 39 per hour

Responsibilities:

Partner with executive stakeholders to execute end-to-end global communications plans that empower workforce engagement across international hubs.

Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives by developing targeted messaging aligned with key strategic business priorities.

Synthesize complex technical and business updates into cohesive, impactful narrative channels to streamline cross-functional alignment.

Optimize omni-channel employee touchpoints across digital, video, and executive leadership forums to maximize global reach and messaging consistency.

Qualifications:

4+ years of strategic communications planning and execution experience within an in-house or agency setting.

Proven experience partnering with technical teams or software engineering business units.

Demonstrated track record of leading complex, enterprise-level change initiatives and delivering executive-ready presentations.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism, with expertise in digital platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
