Darlene & Company is a relationship‑driven real estate team serving Metro West Massachusetts.

We're seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand across digital and print platforms.

• Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with short‑form video posting and light editing (Reels/Stories)
• Coordinate blog publishing and basic SEO
• Manage email newsletters (formatting, scheduling, segmentation)
• Oversee print marketing including mailers and listing materials
• Support community event promotion and brand campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized and self‑motivated
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of social media strategy
• Video editing experience is a plus
• Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required

• Part‑time, flexible hours
• Hybrid preferred (local to Metro West MA)
