• Support email, search, social, and/or influencer/affiliate channels across TJX US brands
• Gather and develop creative and content best practices
• Perform competitive research for media and digital marketing channels
• Execute media and digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor and respond to social media mentions
• Set up email campaigns and update the editorial calendar
• Analyze marketing performance to optimize in real time and inform future plans
• Attend weekly team statuses and meetings with marketing and cross-functional departments

• Passion for Marketing, especially online or digital
• Interest in the multifaceted and fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization and superior time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
