Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager

• Identify and implement US product strategies, marketing plans, promotional programs, forecasting, and other marketing activities for Neuro Critical Care and MIS Neurosurgery product lines
• Lead development of product marketing plans, including objectives, strategies, tactics, and profit and loss projections
• Participate in strategic sales and marketing planning for customer segmentation, targeting, and promotion
• Develop and implement claims matrices, competitive analysis, launch planning, and promotional assets
• Own downstream New Product Introduction planning and execution, including positioning collateral, digital promotion, field communication, performance metrics, and forecasting
• Collaborate with the Sales Advisory Council to ensure high-quality, relevant deliverables
• Collaborate with professional education and medical affairs on surgeon education programs, white papers, testimonials, and clinical study summaries
• Participate in surgeon and key-account field visits and maintain customer relationship management
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Product Development to ensure compliant assets and expedite copy approval
• Build revenue and demand forecasts and collaborate on supply and operational planning to maximize revenue and product availability
• Maintain contact with industry experts, trade organizations, and scientific societies and participate in meetings and conferences
• Support medical education initiatives by assisting with surgeon training courses
• Mentor other team members and showcase best practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years of total work experience
• 8+ years' experience in marketing and/or commercial functions within medical device or healthcare-related fields
• Master’s degree/MBA preferred
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills
• Ability to bring structure and process to vaguely defined problems
• Operating Room or Neuro Intensive Care product technology experience strongly preferred
• Strong project management, written communications, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead, operate, and influence cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to structure a problem-solving approach and manage execution
• Approximately 25% travel
