This is a full-time, on-site role located in Framingham, MA. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee daily operational needs, coordinate patient care services, and support clinical teams to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing schedules, performing quality assurance assessments, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The Nursing Supervisor will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain and enhance the quality of patient care and assist in staff development initiatives.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Nursing Management with a focus on leading and supervising clinical teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Nursing and Patient Care, including a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine to monitor and address complex patient needs.
- Organization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality care standards in the healthcare industry.
