Job Summary

Up to $12,500 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, supervise staff, and support the CNO in ensuring high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care and resource management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to all patients and assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
  • Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control, with the goal of discharging patients with an optimum level of care.
  • Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
  • Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed by the facility during emergencies and/or disasters.
  • Know the hospital’s emergency codes and adopt appropriate actions, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Education:

      Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
    • Certification:
      Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, or state; CPR certification.
  • Preferred:
    • Education:

      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
