Registered Nurses (RN) – Shift: 11PM to 7AM
Compensation: $44.00 to $58.50 per hour with differentials. Per Diem $51.00 plus differential. Sign-on bonus of $4,000 (prorated for part time).

– Key Responsibilities
- Assess the health care needs of the resident, make a nursing diagnosis, and transition this through collaboration with the nursing team into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available.
- Establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff and community.
- Apply the breadth of knowledge gained through experience to address the needs of medically complex as well as mentally compromised residents.
- Assess the effect of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback.
- Lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care.
- Ensure the protection of resident rights, and provide treatment of residents, staff and community with respect and dignity. Treat resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality and respect.
- A current unencumbered RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including an electronic health record; PCC is a plus.
