Job Summary

Metro West Medical Center – Leonard Morse & Tenet Healthcare are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Inpatient Psychiatry team in Natick, MA. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of medical professionals and is a crucial member of the patient experience.

The position is Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Because this role will not be built with call coverage or weekend hours in mind, it offers a healthy work‑life balance for providers seeking inpatient experience.

Previous inpatient experience is required.

Deliver and coordinate psychiatric care to patients in an inpatient setting in accordance with collaborative agreements and state requirements.
