Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

PRN RN Field Assessor – Framingham, MA

Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) responsible for completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. The role involves obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists, and evaluating functional independence. Assessments include a brief cognitive screening and evaluation of ADL and IADL tasks. The candidate must be technologically savvy to use a point‑of‑care web application in real time for documentation.

• Conduct Long Term Care insurance assessments for claimants.
• Gather and document claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists.
• Complete brief cognitive screening and assess ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks.
• Record all findings in the online system in real time.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to provide care in any home setting regardless of client characteristics.

• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

This position is not eligible for benefits.

Pay ranges: $86,767 – $130,151 annual total cash target pay; $41.71 – $62.57 per visit point; $50.06 – $75.09 hourly rate. Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
