This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Framingham, MA. The individual assists the DCQI in operating the hospital’s Quality/Performance Improvement program, supporting quality and process improvement efforts, data tracking, and the coordination of meetings, seminars, and programs related to the overall Quality/Performance Improvement program, under the direction of the DCQI.

• Coordinate integration and management of the Quality/Performance Improvement Program with the guidance of the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and state statutes, and identify performance improvement opportunities to enhance the organization’s outcomes.
• Carry out assignments delegated by the DCQI, and coordinate reports, correspondence, and information as needed.
• Collaborate with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality/Performance Improvement department/committee.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Required:
  • Education:
    
    Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient‑care–related field.
  • Preferred Experience:
    
    3 years of experience in QA/PI.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
• Preferred:
  • Licensure/Certification: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality.
  • Preferred Experience:
    
    3 years of experience in QA/PI.

Salary range: $39.53 – $61.28 per hour. Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
