Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic Manager - $40-61 per hour

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager for a nursing job in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist the DCQI in the operations of the hospital's Quality / Performance improvement program.
  • Support quality and process improvement efforts identified in the hospital.
  • Responsible for data tracking/collection and trending.
  • Coordinate, assist, and advise on a variety of meetings, seminars, services, and/or programs related to the overall Quality / Performance Improvement program.
  • Coordinate hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the direction of the DCQI.
  • Coordinate integration and management of the Quality / Performance Improvement Program with guidance of the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements including Joint Commission and state statutes.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities to enhance organizational outcomes.
  • Carry out assignments as delegated by the DCQI, and coordinate reports, correspondence, and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality / Performance Improvement department / Committee.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient care-related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in QA/PI.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
  • Preferred Licensure/Certification: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality.
