Job SummaryThis is a full‑time on‑site position located in Framingham, MA.
Responsibilities- Coordinating integration and management of the Quality / Performance Improvement Program with guidance from the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and state statutes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s outcomes.
- Carrying out assignments delegated by the DCQI, and coordinating reports, correspondence, and information as needed.
- Collaborating with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality / Performance Improvement Department / Committee.

- Required:
- Education:
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient care–related field. - Preferred Experience:
3 years of experience in QA/PI. - Licensure/Certification:
Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.

- Preferred Experience:
3 years of experience in QA/PI.
