Manager of Clinical Quality Improvement

This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Framingham, MA.

• Coordinating integration and management of the Quality / Performance Improvement Program with guidance from the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and state statutes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s outcomes.
• Carrying out assignments delegated by the DCQI, and coordinating reports, correspondence, and information as needed.
• Collaborating with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality / Performance Improvement Department / Committee.
• Performing related duties as required.

• Required:
  • Education:
    
    Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient care–related field.
  • Preferred Experience:
    
    3 years of experience in QA/PI.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
• Preferred:
  • Licensure/Certification: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality.
  • Preferred Experience:
    
    3 years of experience in QA/PI.
