VA Boston Healthcare System in Framingham is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Primary Care Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role is based at the Framingham Community Based Outpatient Clinic.
The LPN will observe, report changes, administer medications, educate patients, and work closely with RN/MD/DO under supervision.
Schedule:
